Fashion Farm Foundation
If you have interests in marketing, film production, and/or event management, this opportunity is for you! Fashion Farm Foundation (FFF) is a non-profit organization, aimed to serve as a communication gateway between young designers and fashion experts to share experiences and exchange ideas through a wide range of interactive events such as runway shows, professional seminars, individual interviews, forums and group discussions.
FFF has a few flagship events:
Fashion Express at the Bay - a campaign to connect Hong Kong, Macau and the greater bay area of South China creativity and fashion sectors
HKFG Paris - FFF brings a number of HK emerging designers to the Paris International Women Fashion Week every season to showcase their collection at fashion presentation, fashion catwalk and showroom formats. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VPW_-eO3CyY
FFFriday - a marketing campaign to aspire more people to understand Hong Kong fashion.
Since FFF is a small NGO, the intern is expected to provide assistance in all aspects of tasks, covering research, interviewing, fact-checking, writing articles, social media posting, scheduling and lots of logistic coordination. This internship is hands-on and intensive, with a mix of both deskwork as well as field work tasks that take you to both Mainland China and Hong Kong.
Internship Dates: June 24 to Aug. 23, 2019, 9 weeks
Eligibility and Requirements:
Available for BOSP Hong Kong Program Fall, 2019 participants only. Selected intern will be awarded with a stipend from the program, the host organization, or both, to assist with housing, living expenses, and airfare. The overall stipend base (from the program, the host organization, or both) is $6,950 for 9 weeks. Students are responsible for expenses beyond the stipend support.
