Located at the Botswana Innovation Hub (dubbed the "Silicon Valley of Africa") in Gaborone, we are a young and energetic team of insurance professionals looking to transform Africa through innovation.

Project Description: Alpha Direct seeks an intern to work within our software development team to assist in implementing a host of integrations between the various applications used by the company into its core application via Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). For instance, the company uses Bitrix24 for its intranet, CRM and contact center functionality, and uses Alfresco (an open source system) for document management. Integrating these myriad applications into a cohesive model is paramount for the company to be able to gain efficiencies and compete with the entrenched players across the continent.
