About the company: Autoboys sells automotive parts and parts-related services to well defined segments. However, we really think we are a technology company in disguise. In the very short amount of time we have been around, we have broken up monopolies, successfully challenged multinationals, and tried to be a force for positive change in our industry.
Project Description: We plan on launching an eCommerce platform in the near future for both business to business and business to consumer. This project directly correlates with one of our ambitious goals of generating 25% of our revenue online by 2021. The project will also include assisting the team with building out a broader organizational digital marketing strategy for our various offerings. Key tasks to be performed include: 1- Assisting in putting together an overall organizational digital marketing strategy, targeting both business to business (currently the bulk of our revenue) and business to consumer (where we want to grow). 2- Setting up trackable measures of brand awareness. 3- Helping improve and refine our current eCommerce platforms (Our business to business platform will launch shortly). 4- Assisting in the U/I design and creation for the future B2C platform (This will look very different to our business to business offering). 5- Helping ensure that our current platforms (parts catalog, ERP, payment, data) integrate and provide a fluid online user experience. 6- Helping put together a go to market strategy for our B2C platform. Expected deliverables for the project will be: 1- KPIs are in place to measure increased brand awareness. 2- Design and possible launch of B2C portal. 3- Improvement of B2B portal especially around the BI components. 4- Digital marketing strategy delivered.
