About the company: We are a retailer of building materials and hardware, currently operating six branches in Botswana and one in South Africa. At Eezzebuild we are looking to expand and have identified that future audiences and markets will not be reached with current marketing and advertising campaigns. Hence, with the generation alpha being our future market, it is imperative that are able to meet their needs and wants.
Project Description: With new markets being identified, and the expansion plans of Eezzebuild, it shall be more strategic rather than the past being based on intuition. For example, as the farming industry amplifies in market size, our ability to reach those customer segments with existing channels will not be possible. A new method of loyalty or affiliation has to be implemented to facilitate the transformation.
