Project Description: We are looking forward to an intern who would join us in overhauling our HRM policies, HR operating procedures HR administration and HR department in line with best practices. Being a service-oriented industry, there is a limit to which the system can be automated through machines, hence, we have a very high dependence on humans (personnel). We have faced challenges around personnel behavior, attitudes and ethics, cultural pressure, KPIs, aligning strategy, manpower planning, benefit management, and more. We currently have about 300-employees, a number that will increase as we begin to scale.
