Project Description: The project the intern will work on is very critical for us. It is to reinnovate and reimagine our product for the next phase of our growth journey - as we look at expanding to other geographies and also improving the customer experience on the product. The intern will be tasked with designing an ideal platform that simplifies customer acquisition and retention for service professionals. For this, the intern will do a lot of empathy interviews with the customers and will work closely with product team to make the product better. At the end of the empathy interviews, we would work together to generate the empathy map that would be required as input to the next stage.
