2021-2022 Graduate Student Fellowships on Global Development
The Stanford King Center on Global Development offers graduate student fellowships for the 2021-2022 academic year that typically provide one or two quarters of fellowship support in the form of tuition and a graduate student stipend to qualified Stanford student applicants (PhD students with TGR status) pursuing dissertation research on topics related to global poverty and development.
Preference is given to applications from Stanford graduate students who are in their final year who are completing their dissertations or seeking to spend a quarter or more conducting research off-campus. Applications from students who have experienced setbacks in their research due to the pandemic and need an extra year to graduate are also welcome.
The Stanford Center on China's Economy and Institutions (SCCEI) provides additional funding through this mechanism to support research focused on China..
The application deadline for graduate student fellowships during the 2021-2022 academic year is Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at 11:59pm.
