The IDA Undergraduate Fellowship is a year-long program for undergraduate artist-organizers to prepare them with the skills, leadership, and artistic development necessary to sustain a long-term community-based arts practice. Fellows co-lead their peer group of Artists-in-Resonance and are expected to serve as general ambassadors + student leaders for IDA.

The Artists-in-Resonance brings together a curated group of emerging artists whose work is engaged in conversations around social justice to provide material support, further their artistic development, and build community. This program provides a community-, justice-, and process-focused arts space to those who have historically lacked access or capacity to seek resources to support their work.
The Artists-in-Resonance is a 2-4 hour/week commitment. The program components are as follows:
Bi-Weekly Convening: Artists will convene bi-weekly for a peer-led workshop, development, and collaborative space.
Showcase Opportunity: Artists in Resonance will have the opportunity to showcase their work in an end-of-year offering with all IDA student artists.
Material Support: IDA will support materials costs up to $500 and facilitate connections with other resources as needed to support the development of the new work.
24/7 Access: AiR will receive door code access to Harmony House and the space is available for free reservation for any structured/scheduled programming or events.
If a project requires more materials investment than the allotment, artists can appeal for more funding subject to availability.
