The Ecopreneurial Research for Accelerating Market Pathfinding (EcoRAMP) program offers an experiential learning opportunity for Stanford undergraduates to work with a research team on an active Sustainability Accelerator project. Throughout the engagement, the student will learn about both the development of sustainable solutions and the approaches for their externalization for real-world impact. At the end of the quarter, the student will deliver a short presentation highlighting their key learnings. This program is funded by Stanford Ecopreneurship and the Stanford Sustainability Accelerator.
Term: The student will work up to 10 hours per week for a minimum of one quarter. There is a possibility of extension to subsequent quarters based on project needs, approval from project lead, and funding availability.
Payment: The student will be paid $21.25/hr for up to 100 total hours (hard cap), which is expected to roughly equate to 10 hours per week for 10 weeks.
Financial Aid Disclaimer: While you will be paid via payroll (as opposed to via a stipend or grant), you are strongly encouraged to discuss this employment opportunity with a Financial Aid advisor if you are receiving aid.
Eligibility: Sophomores, juniors, and seniors who are in good academic standing are eligible for this position. Co-terms who have not had their undergraduate degree conferred and are in their first 12 quarters of attendance are eligible for this position. If you apply despite being ineligible, your role may be terminated, and your misrepresentation may violate the Fundamental Standard.
For any questions about the EcoRAMP program, reach out to Connor Owens (connorowens@stanford.edu).
Submit an Application for the position(s) you are interested in. Students can apply for up to 3 EcoRAMP positions per quarter by submitting a separate application for each position. The application requires 1) your resume and 2) a cover letter describing why you're interested in the project and what you would hope to learn from the role.
⚠️ Applications will close 11:59pm on Wednesday, August 26th.
