About Us
reacHIRE is changing the trajectory of women in the workforce by providing a path for career advancement and placement with organizations committed to women’s success. Built around the core pillars of sourcing, upskilling, placing and supporting women in corporate roles, reacHIRE works with organizations committed to a gender diverse workforce by connecting them to women who are returning to work after a break or women looking for new roles and advancement. The program culminates in defined project assignments or permanent roles depending on the needs of the corporation.
About You
reacHIRE has a fast-paced work environment and we seek talented people who crave learning new skills and aren't afraid to tackle big projects. Our interns experience all areas of the company, while working on real projects that will help us grow.
As a marketing and content creation intern, you will collaborate with our marketing and program management team in all stages of marketing campaigns; you will create content which engages and empowers women to take action. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels; your writing skills/you will produce content that will reflect the challenges women face when making a change related to their career.
Specifically, you will:
· create new content for digital properties exploring new solutions and approaches
· nurture relationships with social media influencers
· assist in marketing promotional activities (e.g. social media, email)
· support email marketing plans driving engagement and continuous nurturing
· explore integration of technology / social solutions to keep reacHIRE ahead of competition
· help organize marketing events
This internship will help you acquire marketing skills; provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies; gain content development experience and knowledge of integrated marketing solutions. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing that will help you prepare to enter any fast-paced work environment and an understanding of where your passion is within the broad array of marketing roles.
You will work collaboratively with our CMO to identify a project that matches the need of the organization and one that interests and challenges you.

Details:
The internship is available June 19 – August 17th. You are expected to work 40 hours a week and will be paid $12/hour. This is an office-based internship located in Concord, MA. Fridays can be done remotely to work on the summer long project of your choice that will be presented to the company’s leadership team.

BEAM FELLOWS
BEAM Fellows is a partnership between alumni and BEAM, Stanford Career Education, to connect undeclared students to alumni with non-technical summer internships. Alumni from diverse industries seek interns for a variety of substantive and engaging work. Past industries have included jewelry, entertainment, food & beverage, and wealth management among others; previous intern roles have focused on marketing, business, journalism, strategic planning, and more. Beginning in Winter Quarter, BEAM Fellows will post internship opportunities on Handshake for students to explore and pursue. Undeclared frosh and sophomores hired by alumni can apply for a stipend of up to $5,000 to help cover the cost of travel and living expenses during their summer internship. The stipend process is completed by BEAM, and all interviewing and hiring is at the discretion of the participating employers. Students may submit a stipend application at the link below when they apply to a position. Applications are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis. BEAM, Stanford Career Education will make its best effort to review and reply within 10 days of receiving your application. You will receive an email sharing how much you would be awarded if you are hired by the employer. You do not have to have an offer to apply.
