Sophomore College: the perfect end to summer
SoCo is more than a class, it’s an experience. Taking one class during the last three weeks of summer, you might visit a solar plant in Hawaii, the turtles in the Galapagos, or a theater festival in Oregon. Design an improvement for the healthcare system, or spend some time with the otters in Monterey. Question the future of humanity, dive into the mythology of California, and explore the queer cultures of the bay area. Immerse yourself in Spanish, or learn to DJ! One way or another, you'll learn, explore, create, and make lifelong connections.

Open to all frosh and first-year transfers.
SoCo is an intensive, immersive experience so cannot have substantive conflicts from Sept 1 to Sept 19.
