About the company: Schools in India offer few opportunities for collaborative work, hands-on learning, creativity, or problem-solving. CARE is set out to redefine education in India by providing students with hands-on experience to prepare them for their future work lives. The CARE team shares the passion to empower the younger generation to build a better future.
Project Description: Over the last four years admissions to Engineering programs in India have dropped significantly. This is affecting CARE operations as well. In 2012, 285,000 students applied for engineering education, which has dropped to 70,000. This presents us with a challenge and an opportunity. Until now we did not focus much in marketing and communicating what we do in CARE to prospective students outside Trichy, India. The Intern would assist us in creating a marketing strategy and building a brand. They will also assist in the creation of website and all collateral required for our public relations activities. Best talent emerges during times of challenges and crisis. We would like such talent to take up the opportunity with us at CARE.
