About the company: Charterhouse Productions Ltd. is Ghana's leading events management and audio-visual company. For 19 years we have organized the largest entertainment and corporate events. We have also successfully built a corporate events portfolio, having worked for most of the multinational brands via product launches, banquets and awards ceremonies, concerts and brand activations. We were the go-to people for everything events and couldn’t even meet demand. However, we are currently facing a decline in business due the fast emergence of other events companies with younger people and smaller overheads who are more nimble and more creative. The industry is now a red ocean with so many players, a result of which we are losing out on pitches for jobs. We've been successful as a result of innovation, creativity, and excellent execution. We are currently being crowded out by newer, more agile agencies, but we believe we can still create a new blue ocean with your help.
Project Description: Our clients say we are experts at execution but not as creative as the new and younger agencies, so we urgently need to reinvent ourselves through innovation and creativity. We need an intern with a design thinking and innovation background to help inculcate this way of thinking in the team. We need to be able to craft innovative event and activation ideas that provide solutions to clients within budget. We need to change the way we brainstorm ideas and present proposals. We need to be up to date with new trends and look for new opportunities as the market is now choked. The intern should be able to appreciate all this and guide the team towards releasing their creative minds towards conceptualizing great concepts that will ensure the survival and longevity of the brand.
