About the company: Foodpro Ltd. is a cashew processing and retail company based in Nigeria. Founded almost 10 years ago, Foodpro is the largest indigenously owned cashew processing plant in Nigeria employing more than 200 people.
Project Description: Foodpro is looking to take on an intern who can help with sales management and analytics. The intern will gain a full understanding of Foodpro's current sales structure, systems, and processes and will identify opportunities to improve and streamline activities for efficient delivery of revenue and footprint growth. The key is to create full transparency in our sales department and implement a system to ensure Foodpro has a data-driven sales organization. Project outcomes 1) Audit Foodpro's sales structure, systems, and processes. 2) Map out best practices and leverage the result of the audit to identify the gaps in Foodpro's sales structure, systems, and processes. 3) Evaluate sales management tools such as Salesforce to identify potential options for Foodpro 4) Report on the current structure, best practices, gap analysis, and potential options to improve Foodpro's sales 5) Recommendation on action plans 6) Implementation plan.
