About the company: Renal Dialysis Centre (RDC) is Nigeria’s leading dialysis network. RDC is spearheading a change in the field of renal care aimed at reducing kidney disease associated morbidity and mortality. When we execute our Transformation Plan, we hope to grow to over 700 dialysis centers and a kidney transplantation facility in Nigeria.
Project Description: Dialysis patients require a minimum of three visits to their service providers every week to stay alive. Patients need to be loyal to a brand to avoid the likelihood of getting infections and complicating their conditions. Patient loyalty is key to ensure profitability of the business.
Renal Dialysis Centre (RDC) seeks an intern who is knowledgeable in customer retention strategy with a well rounded skill set in developing innovative branding strategies that will convince patients to use her services against other providers bearing in mind healthcare facilities aren’t allowed to advertise their service by law. The intern is needed to create a system that will help to identify basic customer psychology needs, lead and manage customer engagement and communication, in order to have a feel of their experience, such as in-person/virtual events. Also, the intern will help to develop a model that is suitable for customer retention across all aspects of our company.
