About the company: Paradise Game is the preeminent eSport and gaming franchise in West Africa, providing high-end gaming and e-Learning facilities, premier eSport events as well as gaming multimedia and promotions. When creating Paradise Game, our vision was to transform the entire entertainment industry and education system in Africa using video games.
When starting Paradise Game, I had a strong belief that it was possible to "entertain in order to educate." The strategy was then to build the biggest gaming community in Africa with the idea of one day providing that community with various entertainment and eLearning services. After completing several successful eSport events, launching a gaming TV show and delivering a 1,000 sqm gaming center, I believe the baby has grown... Paradise Game is now ready to scale and compete. We will engage and entertain over ONE MILLION players through various eSport and eLearning activities in 2019. It is key for us to define which areas of our business to focus on. It is also important for us to put together an actionable plan for the next next 15 months. My favorite superhero Batman once said, "It is not who you are but what you do that defines you." That is why we are looking for an intern interested in shaping lives of millions of Africans across the continent, a person who wants to impact the next generation, someone who wants to connect with people and live a new experience. Our office is headquartered in Cote' d'Ivoire, one of the largest economies in West Africa. The capital, Abidjan, has a very diverse population and is known for its great food and neighboring beach. During his/her time with us, the intern will be working with the CEO and will be directly involved with partner discussions and commercial agreements. Project Description: Paradise Game is the preeminent eSport franchise in West Africa providing premier festival events, gaming and e-learning centers as well as promotions and multimedia. We are looking for an intern who will work closely with the CEO to define the growth strategy of the company.
The intern will (i) define the potential available market and serviced available market (ii) assess the competitive landscape and Paradise Game’s capabilities (iii) recommend a growth strategy.
The intern is expected to deliver a comprehensive report with a consolidated analysis to advise on where and how to grow the business as well as an actionable plan and cash budget for the next 18 months.
