Through the Cardinal Careers Community Impact Fellowship, graduating seniors and co-terms work in full-time, paid positions in nonprofit organizations and government agencies in the San Francisco Bay Area, Washington D.C., or elsewhere in the US. Positions are 1-2 years in length. Fellows are paid a stipend plus health insurance coverage (as needed) by the employing organization.
Hosting organizations submit job description for students to review, and applicants are encouraged to select several organizations to maximize their chance for securing a Community Impact position. Partner organizations review finalist applications, arrange interviews, and make final hiring decisions. Please note that Haas Center staff does not necessarily have direct experience with, nor do we professionally endorse, partner organizations.
