Thanks to the generosity of Stanford alumna Heidi Chou, the Heidi Chou Fund (HCF) for East Asian Languages and Cultures has been established to support summer Chinese language studies for undergraduate students, with priority given to declared majors and minors in East Asian Studies.

FSI offers grants up to $9,000 for fund research related travel for students doing research related to international policy and grants of up to $500 to students presenting at conferences related to international studies.
