Bill Lane Center for the American West Internships
Work with organizations throughout the West tackling environmental, economic, and social challenges facing the region.
Every summer, the Bill Lane Center for the American West offers many opportunities for Stanford undergraduates (including graduating seniors) and co-terminal master's students to work with organizations throughout the West. Through these internships, students can explore careers in natural history, conservation, ecology, land use, museum curation, resource management, water, energy, literature, policy, politics, and more.
Internships are full-time and 9 to 10 weeks. Students receive a stipend to help cover housing, transportation and food, with supplemental stipends for financial aid and location, if applicable. Stipends range from $7,500 to $10,000.
All Stanford undergraduates, graduating seniors, and co-terminal masters students are eligible to apply.
