Non-Funded or Self-Funded Cardinal Quarter
Want to be part of Cardinal Quarter and don't need funding? If you are taking part in a public service internship experience paid by your host organization or your expenses are being covered through another source, you can still be part of the Cardinal Quarter cohort.
To qualify as a Cardinal Quarter, your experience would need to be full-time for nine consecutive weeks during the summer. You would also be asked to complete a worksheet regarding the Principles of Ethical & Effective Service, complete a learning plan, and meet with an on-campus mentor. Students completing a Cardinal Quarter experience can also apply to have their experience notated on their Stanford transcript.
