Join a community of scholars committed to completing rigorous capstone or thesis projects that are community-engaged, equity-focused, and designed for social impact.

The Stewardship Intern Program is an opportunity for Stanford students to work at Jasper Ridge Biological Preserve ('Ootchamin 'Ooyakma) to further develop existing skills in ecology, natural history, field work, while learning how research and education informs stewardship. 

The Bing Overseas Studies Program (BOSP) offers the opportunity to study away while remaining enrolled at Stanford and is considered an integral part of the Stanford curriculum.

This is a joint application for IDA's two flagship student programs: the IDA Fellowship and the Artists-in-Resonance. The IDA Fellowship cultivates leadership in community arts practice and AiR provides materials support for a year-long creative project. 

Provide in-classroom support to high school students and facilitate socioemotional learning opportunities at our partner high schools Menlo-Atherton High School and East Palo Alto Academy.

Gain first-hand experience in community organizing, build awareness of climate and environmental injustices at Stanford's doorstep, and help expand the capacity of a grassroots organization working for change.
