COMMMUNITY-BASED RESEARCH (CBR) FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM The Community-Based Research Fellowship Program supports teams of students, community partners, and faculty mentors collaborating in research that addresses community-identified needs.

Serve as the lead instructor for FCE's Summer Math Program, providing diagnostic assessments, small-group instruction, and individualized tutoring, the program addresses math learning gaps early—helping students build both competence and confidence.

Support the implementation of a teen-led reading mentorship program by training and supporting high school interns as they facilitate one-on-one and small-group reading activities for elementary-aged youth across multiple library sites.

Conduct research on issues of aging or provide service to long-lived adults.

Address LGBT+ issues with an organization actively engaged in this work. 

Provide in-classroom support to high school students and facilitate socioemotional learning opportunities at our partner high school, Menlo-Atherton High School. 

We seek an RF to support studies on evidence-based global health interventions. The RF will contribute to lab activities. Current projects include housing health impacts, malaria prevention, and climate resilience metrics area.
